02 — Services
01
Fine, single-use needles placed at precise points to calm the nervous system, ease pain, and restore balance. Our registered acupuncturist tailors every session to you — whether you're managing headaches, stress, sleep, or chronic tension. Most clients find it deeply relaxing and leave feeling noticeably lighter.
02
Gentle, evidence-informed adjustments to restore joint mobility, calm nerve irritation, and get you moving freely again. Your chiropractor assesses your spine and posture, explains exactly what they're doing, and pairs hands-on care with practical advice you can use at home. Ideal for back and neck pain, stiffness, and tension headaches.
03
A warm, confidential 50 minutes with a registered therapist — space to talk, be heard, and build real tools for anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions. Sessions are collaborative and paced to you, with no judgement and no rush. Available in person or by secure video.
04
Registered massage therapy customised to your body and goals, from deep-tissue release to calming relaxation. Your RMT works with you on the problem areas — tight shoulders, low back, headaches, sports recovery — and sends you home with simple stretches to make the results last. Direct billing available for most extended-health plans.
05
Our signature 60-minute registered massage — the right amount of time to address a specific area and fully unwind. A favourite for desk-related tension, maintenance, and recovery between training sessions. Choose your pressure; your therapist does the rest.
06
An extended 90-minute registered massage for full-body work or stubborn, multi-area tension. There's time to go deeper and slower, blending deep-tissue, myofascial, and relaxation techniques. The go-to when you're carrying stress in more than one place.
07
A focused 30-minute follow-up to progress your plan — hands-on treatment, updated exercises, and honest check-ins on your goals. We adapt as you improve so every visit moves you forward.
08
Your first physiotherapy visit: a thorough assessment of movement, strength, and pain, hands-on treatment, and a clear, personalised plan to get you back to what you love. You'll leave understanding exactly what's going on and what to do next.
09
A comprehensive first visit — we assess how you move, test strength and range, pinpoint the source of your pain, and start hands-on treatment the same day. You walk out with a tailored plan and the confidence to follow it.
